Will the AI add or change anything in the photo?▾
No. We only erase clutter and personal items. Walls, floors, doors, windows, ceilings, built-in cabinetry, kitchen cabinets, refrigerators, beds, sofas and dining tables are kept pixel-identical. We never invent furniture, paint or fixtures.
Is this compliant with portal rules?▾
Yes. Major portals (PropertyGuru, 99.co, Zillow, Rightmove) prohibit fabricated content. Our model is constrained to remove-only — no virtual staging, no added furniture, no restyling. The room remains an honest representation of the actual unit.
What gets removed?▾
Boxes, plastic bags, suitcases, laundry, hanging clothes, kids' toys, dishes, kettles, takeout containers, magnets and post-its on fridges, personal photos, exercise gear, freestanding shelves and racks, portable fans, plastic chairs, towels left on racks (rack stays), cartoon-print rugs — and many more.
